Notes - I can find no sensible record on the internet for this. There are numerous PUXLEYs baptised in Honing, 23 miles away from Shotesham, but not far from Mundesley etc. But no John. The most suitable would be John bapt Erpingham, also 23 miles away from Mundesley, in 1699. That would make him very old when he died, and even when Skoyles was born, so it is more likely that there are no available records.
Internet trees suggest that his parents were John and Honour.
