Notes - From the 1881 Census, the presence of Wm W HOWE, brother in law means this must be Mary Ann Howe. The only sensible marriage is therefore 1871 Kingston, which is consistent with her son aged 9 being born in Richmond. Hence the remainder of the Census's etc based on her marrying HUBBARD can be used. This also then lines up with the probate details for Fanny HOWE in 1920
