  I think that the name has been written down wrongly for Martha's baptism as there is no obvious William DISCOMB/DISCOMBE/DISCOOMB/E in the available records. One possibility is William DISCUM who marries Mary Lee 2/4/1749 Crediton. But the one given here seems more likely - everybody is in the same village etc.
