  I cannot find any Sarah Stansfield in the area in the 1861 Census. Of the obvious marriages between 1851 and 1861, none are consistent with the entries in the 1861 Census. On this basis it seems most likely that she died between 1851 and 1861, though there are too many entries to choose a particular date and place.
