    • One internet source has birth 26/7/1854,
      The 1881 Census location appears to have a lot of Royal Engineers billeted there, presumably this is why Jessie and the children were too.
      Note also that her sister Laura was in Brington in 1881, this is where she married Arthur Ling in 1884

      Jessie Ling is mentioned on her mother's burial documents, and was living at 140 Fetter Lane at the time (1889)
