    • The death data is not definite, but seems probable, so it is included. I have found a Pte George Garner of the 1st Btn, Bedfordshire Regiment killed (buried in Belgium) on 9/10/1917, which matches the probate information. The address appears to be that of his father George, to whom probate was granted. So this is taken to be our George.
