Father Richard POTTS, b. 1800, Macclesfield, Cheshire
d. 1853, Macclesfield, Cheshire
(Age 53 years) Relationship natural Mother Sarah ????, b. 1794, Macclesfield, Cheshire
d. 1859, Bank St., Macclesfield, Cheshire
(Age 65 years) Relationship natural Notes - There is no obvious Sarah who married Richard Potts. The closest I can find is in Cheadle (Sarah SMAIL), 2/8/1821, 12 miles away, and crucially it says that both come from Cheadle. Whilst it is clearly possible it seems very unlikely. So I am still looking.....
William and Ann POTTS, both aged 0, were buried 11 and 12 March 1830. Not obvious if these are part of this family or not.

Notes - Given that she does not appear to be around at the 1861 Census, and that her daughter Caroline is with her mother in law Caroline (Sympson), her death is assumed to be between 1851 and 1861. This leaves only one possible death (1856) which is the one used.
