    • Ancestry has a lot of infirmation that is essentially this, albeit that much is perhaps copied.

      However it seems unlikely that James would be the only person to have left Rutland, where his parents and siblings seemed to be for a long time, to come to Cheshire. Also there are 2 births noted in IGI for 1777 and 1779, for the same named parents and thus presumably the first died. There is also a James Reddish who appears in Kent, but says he came from Rutland. Therefore this option seems less likely than the one adopted here.
      Internet page suggests that the coroner for Cheshire states that there was an inquest on 6th March 1866.
