  The 1851 and 1861 Census information is not certain, although it is certainly possible and consistent with other facts. There is no obvious 1841 information. The death information given to the church for the burial register appears to be confused. There does not appear to have been a "Portland Road", and it does not appear to be Great Portland St. Charlotte St was in Marylebone, and so Charlotte St, Marylebone is probably the correct address.
