  Parents were Richard and Lily. Her location at the 1911 Census is based on the birth of her sister Alice, recorded in the 1921 as "Belfast, County Down". The parts of the 1911 Census that I can see unhelpfully just says Harvey St, Down. However it seems likely as the family were only there for a short period (presumably for her father's work), that they would be somewhere close to the centre of Belfast as this is where the majority of the manufacturing happened at the time. In https://www.lennonwylie.co.uk/ street listing for 1912, it has Mrs Davies as the resident of 29, Harvey St, and this matches the head of household given in the 1911 Census.
