  DOB might be 8/2/1868 - this is what the baptism records say. However, the BMD index and the school registration details, and even Census imply 1869. So 1869 is presumed, and also it is assumed that there was a mistake by the parents or even the vicar. Assuming the 1911 census info is correct, and it seems very likely, then there is no obvious marriage and so the most likely thing is she died 1914 in Chesterfield - with no parents or spouse, she might have moved a long way from London....?
