  Notes	This marriage record appears to be the most sensible.... I can find no record of suitable baptisms before Mary in 1731, in Owermoigne or any nearby village or town. So there is a gap between the marriage and the first child, but perhaps not unreasonable either. The marriage record says they were both from Owermoigne, so I am not sure why they were married in Dorchester, and it is possible that one or both of them had worked there or that Joanna was pregnant (but no baptism record to say this)
