    • Curiously there is also a marriage between Rosa Emma Cheeseman and John Sorjeant WANDBY or John Serjeant WAUDEY or George DAGWELL Q3 1879, ie after William Hull died. I am unclear whether this relates to our Rosa, or somebody else.

      In the Rate books of 2/4/1896, she is at 28, Talbot Road, as owner and occupier
      On 9/4/1901, 10/4/1906 and on 11/4/1911, she is at 160, Talbot Road, again as owner and occupier

      When she died it was at "the home of her son", but it does not say which.
