  Ethel marries Charles Willam READ 5/7/1930 at Thornton Heath. (The details for father are right, and one of the witnesses is her cousin, and her mother also appears to have witnessed). The death details gives DOB as 21/3/1907, consistent with baptism and 1939 Register. This also is consistent with her husband dieing Jan qtr 1972, Newton Abbot, with his DOB as 26/8/1901. Note she was living next door to her sister at her death. The 1939 Register has CWR birth as 20/10/1900, but generally supports the above. CWR also appears to have worked the railway in 1917, although he was a photographer when he married and in 1939.
