Notes - In the baptism of Hannah in 1800, it describes Israel and Ellen living at "Clough in Wad". Wad is assumed to be Wadsworth. Whilst some of the records describe the occupation of the father, I do not think there is such an occupation, rather it means, particularly near the Pennines a "steep sided ravine". So presumably this is where they lived, and therefore he is a labourer rather than have a skilled occupation.
